Both out on short-term loans, Pruti to Farnborough in the NLS and Burton to Darlington - his deal ends on 19th November.

No doubt this'll cause some head scratching but on the face of things it makes a lot of sense - neither are even making the bench at the minute, Pools don't have a reserve team and by dropping down one division they should both get a load of game time.

Should be a win-win... but is there a recall if we have another injury crisis sctatchinghead

Good move- not as if either have been close to selection in recent weeks. Also might allow us to bring in a couple of bodies

burton was found wanting defensivly at altrincham but looked good going forward. pruti wasn,t at his best against barnet but still do not know what he actually did wrong in the last match he played to be put out into the wilderness especially since we have seen the names of paterson and hastie keep making the bench.

I don’t think you could give the pair of them away, even the clubs in Scotland don’t want them back, both will sit tight at Pools till their contracts expire.

As I've said before, I think there must be a reason us fans have not been told about for Pruti being out in the cold, but Hastie and Paterson don't 'keep making the bench.' The cup game was the first time in many weeks that either of them featured.

Askey is no different to most managers in not being forthcoming about why this or that player is out of favour. Pity though that no journalist has just come right out and asked him what's going on with Pruti!

Journalist don't know how to ask direct questions these days. Everything is pretty much scripted, to make sure you don't upset someone or offend something or someone. Woke woke snowflakes social media.

It might help if Pools 'press conferences' were more than one man and a dog
Ramage of the Fail is still barred for some unknown reason - which just proves your point!

I think the secret of a true journalist is asking the indirect questions to find things out.

Think something is going on V Askey and Pruti.

When asked about the two,Askey never bothered to mention Pruti.

True, but football people in the professional game are media trained so answer questions in the way that suits their agenda, a bit like politicians. Mind you, having said that, I wonder where the Dorking manager was on media training day.

A little bird told me Pruti is not enjoying life up north and his head is elsewhere sctatchinghead He is going out with a very tasty neice of David Beckham and really missing her and both enjoy a celebrity type life style.

Nope before the interview the journalists usually have set questions, the interviewee decides what questions he is prepared to answer. I remember Fergy storming out of a meeting when asked a question which he said don’t ask me that beforehand, his words were I told you not to ask me that f****** question John.

Thanks for pointing that out that makes all the difference in the world. I really must be more thorough in my research before attempting to post in future.

Looks like we have another player on the injury list, Johnson, limped off, looked like groin, are we not a bit thin on the ground to be letting players go out on loan or does this mean we can bring another 1 or 2 in ?

typical pools. loan out two defenders and get another injured in the first game after doing it. suppose we,ll be stuck with dolan or fergie at centre back on tuesday night or a kid picked up on the way to the shay.

Maybe you should ask your 'little bird' to do that? It's name isn't Scoop by any chance?

Terrell Agyemang has gone back to the Boro obviously Askey didn’t rate him.
