The scene at the headland was something to see yesterday with the waves breaking over the Heugh. The foam of the sea was blown onto land and it looked like snow........like.
Fish & chips from Verills were very tasty.

Not seen much rain here in Tamworth all week and we have 2 rivers and a canal.

Reminds me when a young boy visiting my Gran and it was dry but across the road where my Auntie lived it was raining.

Me and the wife were down yesterday afternoon and the sea was boiling, it wasn’t just hitting the breakwater but surging over it… and we too ‘dined’ at Verills…complete with Cruel Sea sound effects…..they were gorgeous….just hold them out the window if you forgot to put salt on.
