Wrexham boss is unhappy with the EFL rules of 22 players that he has had to leave three players out until January.

There was no place for wing-backs Bryce Hosannah and Callum McFadzean, nor striker Billy Waters. They can all play in cup games but will not be able to play in the league until the January window opens and a new list is submitted which may or may not include them for the remainder of the season.

Poor bloke- it's not like he's getting paid to do a job. If he doesn't like it he can come back to the division of death. Think it's away of getting his excuses in, should they have a lean spell.

The cynic in me says they're stockpiling players - (a poor man's Chelski) NO intention of playing them but at the same time stopping them from playing for an opponent.

That said they musr have known the rules beforehand - it shouldn't be that much of a surprise.

On the plus side they might be willing to let us have them on loan for match fitness!?

on one hand you can say he knew the rules and he has to make the best of them. on the other he and others can argue about why should the league impose the number of players a team can have in their squad just in a vain attempt to even things up. always remember in these situations to pretend its pools and their manager who are in the same situation even if it will never happen.

Let’s be honest any low league club who gets the kind of backing Wrexham are getting will be ambitious and could be the next Luton. I don’t think however Luton got the kind of backing Wrexham are getting.

at least older fans can remember the days when all clubs were equal and it was the clubs with the bigger gates that had success. if pools had the mags sized crowds and they had ours both clubs histories would be different. now its really arabs v wanks in who will succeed.

Ah, but like all rejected women, football fans like to think the chance of their life chose someone else by mistake.

A ship sailing past is not the same as a ship entering port

The docking charges were a rip off so it found a port elsewhere.
