I bank with HSBC and today received a cheque through post. I was planning a trip to Stockton on Monday to bank it when my son said deposit in with the banking app. Well I had no idea if he was winding me up but no he wasn't and I did deposit it. I would never had believed it possible in fact its still crazy to me but it goes to show how much technology has been on while I was fast asleep. Sure you all know about this but I was really confused on how you could deposit the cheque and keep it at home.

I think it’s awful, I’d enjoy the ride out….mind you it is Stockton, not what it was.

Don't worry I doubt there will be any cheques processed by the end of next year.

No Banks, no cheques, no cash. all done online = NO HOPE!

A few years down the line you’ll be sat in your armchair with a non return line jammed up your orifice to put the food in take the waste out and spend your entire life not needing to leave your front room.

I’ve decided to become rebel without a cause according to the wife, it’s great no having to have a boss anymore or having to go through the farce of showing respect for an arse in charge…life could have been so much sweeter if I had.
But I didn’t.
Someone said if you want the pure undiluted truth about anything there are two people you can ask who won’t mind hurting your feelings…one’s an under five and the others a Granda.
