We have scored ten goals so far this season and no less than eight players have scored. The goals are coming from all quarters and that is very promising.

Nice to see Tom Crawford score, only his second goal for us in 66 appearances.Lets hope there's more to come.

Last season it was October 4th before we scored our tenth league goal!

And as I mentioned at the weekend on the Southend predictions thread,

"4 games in and Pools have had 8 different goalscorers - took us till Boxing Day to manage that last season."

its a stark reminder that should you give someone who knows what they are doing the correct job along with the correct tools - said job gets done properly !

i think we will see one of our front men with the golden boot and also one of our midfielders sitting top 3 in the assists chart also.

I agree but there is still a long way to go. As has been well documented, our defence still lets in too many soft goals and our set piece delivery on Saturday was a disgrace. Thankfully we are getting good at scoring from open play. UTP.
