Apologies if this sounds entitled, however why the wait, given that it was probably filmed a good ten days ago?

Suppose it adds an air of mystery!

Maybe we get to meet the new owners!?

Watched Chandy's interview this morning and was good to hear JA's thoughts ahead of the new season. Had to laugh when JA said he didn't realise we had a beach!
We'll have to get the gaffer one of those vintage Healthful Hartlepool, Railway Posters!

Chandy asked about the 2 Mani's and how do they differentiate between the 2 in training? JA said it was currently Manni D and Manni O but it was slightly tricky.
Got me thinking of the fans and potential songs
If we shorten them to ManD and ManO- we could employ a version of Barry Manilow's tune Mandy ........... 'I never realised how happy, you'd make me, Ooooh ManD!

Still working on a ManO song- sure you chaps can think of something, now that I've got the ball rolling!

I too had to laugh when he didnt realise the team he was coaching and in charge of was by the sea ?

Surely regardless of where we train he knew we had a beach ? like its just common geographical sense the fact you can see the sea from the Vic.

Called Kelly a gobshite too had to laugh at that - is he even still at the club ? lots of rumours on him left ?

On my travels I have been asked many times where Hartlepool is by foreigners, the best answer is always near Newcastle, they in general have never heard of Sunderland or Middlesbrough so I can’t say it’s near any of those places.

I know a lad working in Slough who was asked where he was from and he showed them on a road Atlas..they all chorused …” ah Scotland”.

Good interview

He clearly doesn’t see Burton as a starter, and was clear out defence was way too weak last year
Also interesting he sees dodds as a right sided cb, sounds like we’ll be starting the Donny loany in 5-3-2 first game

He didn’t say it but I will, our midfield looks weak without reinforcements, one or two out and it looks v poor

Let's hope this interview doesn't go the same way Darren Kelly's, already talk he is going.

Being fairly new to Hartlepool and spending 90% of his time in Durham it's feasible that JA had only ever seen the marina and thought that was all we had to offer on our coastline.
