It might appear small fry sponsorship but it's good that its out of the town and away from Sunderland where from my experience (admittedly not lately), is or was that Peterlee is Sunderland territory football wise with Pools always having a toe hold there of support. Mind you if everyone I ever met there had gone to Roker Park and The Stadium of Light and who "supported Sunland" then there would be more than Man Ure every home game. To coin Snowy and Tesco. Every little helps.
