Your faith in our Middle East ‘cousins’ is touching Kev …..but there’s more chance of me getting my leg over in Buckingham Palace forecourt during changing of the guard than a bloke on a camel loaded down with dosh turning up at the Vic….although if several parking spaces are repainted with camel logo’s I’ll admit I was wrong. :laugh:

honestly i,d rather pools had years of national league obscutity to sell the clubs soul to saudi,s or yanks. things would never feel the same even if success was bought and brought to the club.

I don’t think you need worry about it, the Saudis by clubs as a status symbol, imagine a Saudi Prince telling his fellow Princes he has bought Pools, I don’t think Pools fall into that category.
