For each and everyone of us to now get behind the club / players / management including Raj and help get this wonderful little club out of trouble. I like most have posted negative stuff on here lately due to the fact our club is in turmoil and I hate watching it die a very slow agonising death. The window has closed we have 10 new players who deserve the chance to help turn our season around and don't need to be reading or hearing negative stuff on here. What's gone has gone we can't change the past but we can help change our future. We are the real people behind Hartlepool United this club is ours always has been and always will be. We bleed blue n white we are extremely loyal to our club something only we understand. This club is a massive part of our lives its everything to us and must not be allowed to drop into that dreaded swamp again. We can play a huge part by supporting the players and KC then all we need is a little lady luck. UTP

As a certain Elvis sang "It's now or never " maybe they should use it as the pre match music they come out to.

Yep need to get behind them. Up to Curle now, like I said he talks the talk but can he walk the walk. Great managers like Clough and Challinor can do it.

Have to agree. You can still have in mind the problems that exist at the club whilst making it a supportive, positive environment in that ground (and any others) for those lads to battle for oyr league status. Issues have to be faced at some point though.

Agree 100%…whatever happens, the club has to be fully prepared for next season and a bit of realism about running a football club.

That’s definitely Harpic with the merest hint of Carbon Tetrachloride.

Internet hope n possitivity.
Its the game changer that will keep us in the EFL.

Every signing is mint now.
KC got his own team which he said he would get all along.

Raj is :

Meanwhile back in the real world.
Just stocked up on Weetabix and Cocaine to join the fantasy club.

Kev…. there is no other choice but to back the team now at this crucial stage. It’s no good losing our league status to be able to say “I told you so”….all that matters is avoiding the drop, everything else can wait for another day.

The last thing i want is to lose our EFL status and boast i told you so.
I don't think the full club has it in them to beat the drop.

Id luv posters to come on here at the end of the season and say Kev u called it wrong and u r a pessimistic crank or a lot worse..

That will mean we all get we want which is the best for HUFC and our brilliant fanbase.

Kev not having a pop at you, just saying it’s a case of suck it and see.
There’ll have to be an inquest at the end of the season because we can’t carry on like we have been doing….. and escaping relegation is not an achievement, because we shouldn’t have been allowed to get in this position in the first place.
I hope these players do help to pull our irons out of the fire and I would be grateful, no question, but we have to wait and see what happens.

i do not think fans are negative but like saturday all the positivity gets drained out of you quickly. only idiots turn up to slaight new players and would be better off staying in the pub. at football the saying of empty vessels making most noise is really true.a positive atmosphere is something players can feed off and give em another yard of pace. the opposite can drain them where they end up hiding or making the easy decision when better is available.

Alastair on bbc tees fans panel tonite reckons relegation will take our support down to 1500 to 2000 next season.
Dont think will be that low.
Id say well below 3000 tho.
I hope the gamble of quantity over quality pays off.

a lot would depend on how the season would go and the players we have. struggling like with harroson 2500 but close to the top and playing decent stuff think we,d get similar numbers as now less away fans. if we did win at the vic it would seem a novalty and most come to watch pools and not the opposition.
