or the dressing room and training ground. usually not very good with struggling sides with groups blaming each other and little cliques being formed.

Not very many people like to be associated with failure so I imagine there will be a good dose of fear that relegation is about to happen. KC likes to tell us that everybody is pulling together but after watching the effort and endeavour displayed by the Wrexham players in their recent encounter with Sheffield United in the FA Cup the gap with us on that front appears to be enormous.
A decent winning streak could alter everything of course but that is verging on the miraculous.

you cannot really expect us to be like a wrexham side full of confidence by winning most of their games against our lads who do not know when their next win is going to be. KC is not going to say anything but what he says no matter what the real situation is.

I don't expect us to be like Wrexham, illustrated by the fact I emphasised the gap. I do however expect our players to be prepared to give their all for the cause and I also expect the manager to demand it. Otherwise what's the point?

think they all put effort in but possibly not enough. the thing is if pools go down it means far more to the fans than it will for them. even if the club gives em a free transfer they will all pick up a wage packet somewhere else even if its not in the EFL. its only a job to em with no real love for any club they will ever play for. go on a winning run and that will create more energy than whatever any manager can say.
