Niang was on the bench last Saturday so may be available. Also Mr versatile Tumilty could do a job in midfield as he is no longer required to defend. Dunno what sort of job, mind.

According to a few posters most of the squad are no better than NLN, Yet they say Shelts is no better than NL and not bothered about him leaving.

None of our players are any good but it's an outrage if any of them leave. Unless they're Scottish.

It's an outrage when we have very little In midfield, struggle to fill a bench, yet get rid of another two players before we play yet another six pointer, what is an outrage is we still have people defending what's going on at our club.

Been an arctic frost during the nite.
What times pitch inspection?.

Will Pools leave the inspection until late enough for many of us to be on the road? Given the approach to customer care I expect an announcement at 2:30pm.

11.30 pitch inspection.
If the game was played on the Fens estate i think it would be off but closer to the coast?
We need Michael Fish to advise.

If Fishy’s involved we’ll be playing on the Dogger Bank when the wind gets up!

What a shambles by the EFL - Rochdale coaches have already set off. Reminiscent of the Boro v Bournemouth game when the visiting supporters had to leave home at 3 a.m. in order to arrive for the 12.00 kick off

Interesting team, glad Sterry back but don’t like playing young players out of position in dodds, unless he is going 4-4-2 with grey and dodds wide

Blind overly optimistic prediction , this Pruti guy is going to be a rollls Royce at this level

also surprised Menayse is dropped, with him Sylla and NIang on bench we are missing our more physical players which is an ..... interesting approach?

is Hartley going to do any defending or just stand around cheerleading?
Pruti looks like a footballer....am sure we'll coach that out of him

Not the worst Pools performance up to now. Pools just shading it although Rochdale have had the better chance. Overall reasonably positive.

Hartley lucky not to be sent off--I would take him off

Overall signings look an improvement and to the surprise of no one Ferguson looks a diff player at wing back

Dodds looks a bit wasted at CB has a run on him

Just looked at the February fixtures, they’re worrying. We’ve got to get something out of the Rochdale and Colchester games and hope a team or two don’t turn up.

one thing obvious from this Paul Hartley was/is an arrogant lazy fuckwit--signed players without any knowledge of the level of this division.
Dolan,Dodds, Pruti so obviously upgrades from the shite that came before.
Not sure its enough to keep us up but we can but hope

Separately Grey is a passenger--but not much better on bench

Dont blame Hartley.
The stingy chairman waited 6 weeks to appoint him.

Great second half so far obviously up against 10men and a poor side but playing well

Sterry is such an intelligent player--made that 2nd goal when others would have hoofed it.

A good solid performance all round and 2-0 is about right. Feel much more confident about staying up after this game. Obviously there can be improvements but no one stood out as a weak link with all the new players doing well.

yep
get a couple of fwd players in for Hamilton and Grey and we have a chance
Not sure how we get best out of both Dodds and Sterry but a nice problem to have

2 sending offs hopefully impacts Rochdale with suspensions too

Also very sporting of us to put Hastie on to try and even up the numbers with Rochdale a man down.

lol. I wonder if KC thought he would see if Hastie could achieve anything against nine men? Doesn't see he did but I was not at the match. No sign of Murray I notice.

1st one I think was based on rules but not nasty just a high foot, we would be have been annoyed if happened to us.
2nd was just two yellows, dont remember what the first was for but he cant complain about the 2nd

I think Pools would have won even without the sendings off. Rochdale we’re very much second best.

Sendings of: a high foot that really clattered Hamilton. Clumsy rather than nasty and two yellows - both fair. It wasn’t a nasty game despite these decisions.
