I've was told today that this is the new term for part time workers, or people who now work from home 3 days a week.

Because they work Tuesday - Wednesday - And Thursday, their jealous work mates call them TWATS

if they do the same amount of work at home as they did in the workplace there must have been loads of skiving going on.
