Is this really the best they can do? The days of it being compulsory reading have long long gone.

Yup, it’s just an out of town advertising rag ….. Is there even an office in the town…If there is I’ve never seen it.
Not even a shadow of the real Mail .RIP.

Printed in Sheffield written by teenagers who wouldn't know Victoria Park from Heugh Gun Battery.

As for Greggs. Surely they've became a monopoly now? Dread to think how many local family shops those greedy geordies have put out of business.

Greggs sausage roll are just full of sludge. Many people would be shocked to find a real butchers sausage contains a "sausage".

I remember when they were Greggs of Gosforth and quite a high class baker, I also recall Binns had them as a concession and sold their products in the early 80’s. Quality stuff, not cheap but worth the extra…….ah well.
Anybody know where it’s at….?

To class Greggs alongside the Mail does not tally. One is on its way out while the other is a thriving business. You may not like what Greggs supplies but obviously the general public obviously do. I personally only go into Greggs on the odd occasion I go into town and I get a bacon bun and a cup of coffee for £2.50 go next door to McDonalds and it’s nearly double the price.

I wondered if Thomas the tank engine had changed course ( good that). He's doing a bit of baking now, is he. Must be more dough in that. (also good).

I go to Victoria’s bakers on the Fens and they have a Greggs 20 yards away and the queue’s at Victoria’s.

Well today's Mail article is trying to suggest that the club 2023 calendar not containing any of the current squad is somehow significant....well the clues in the title on the front of it...Goalden Greats (celebrating Pools all-time goalscoring legends).

But do agree with them that if it had been current players possibly half would be gone by February.
