I cant take any prediction seriously until I have seen what the DNO has to say. From my perspective, I think its another tough ask to get anything from an in form Barrow side with eight of our players unavailable. It would be a tough fixture even with everyone fit. I gather Pete Wild was at the Solihull match. He must have been pishing himself.

Sorry, ‘Native North American non defined person who performs Historical ethnic practices in pursuit of his/her ancestral beliefs’ ……phew, …..’rain dancer’ was easier.

  Cheers Ozzy.
It's a though one, the state of the pitch will play it's part, if the games on.
I have a draw in mind...2..2 and a cheeky 1...1 at half time.

and if anyone wants to know about world cup your out of luck.
I can't be bothered with it....N.F.I.

And don't forget all pure luck and guess work

Ok a draw it is. I guess we will be relying on McDonald and a maybe a defender weighing in. Robinson doesn't seem to have a goal in him.
With you all the way with the world cup. Couldn't give a flying duck.

Heavy pitch clips the wings of the Bluebirds and a 0-0 result gives Pools a point towards our play off push. :liar:

It’s underwhelming…. when all the FIFA stuff was revealed, shouldn’t this have been reviewed….?
Even the wife pointed out to me the first England match is on Monday….I wouldn’t know, I can’t be arsed to check….if it clashes with an old episode of On the Buses, I’ll watch that instead.

lol.
I believe England are playing Iran. Never thought I would find myself shouting for a Moslem Theocracy but anyone is better than Southgate and his bunch of self-righteous political activists pretending to be footballers. I'm also going to become Welsh for about 90 minutes in the next few days, isn it, boyo?

I see Southgate had the lads posing with some of the workers who built the stadium…. Will Southgate be standing in the General Election as leader of the ‘’Almost but not Quite Party’…so he’ll nearly win but come second….as per usual.

Not sure why it is 'woke' to respect people's desire not to still be referred to in a derogatory term coined by invaders who took all your land.

North America consisted of numerous tribes and where not all just the same. Would be the same if the British where always referred to as just being European.

if most of us were totally honest about everything i doubt many who have their own problems are really bothered about a little country thousands of miles away and have no intention whatsoever of ever visiting. that includes self righteous footballers who could have refused to go anyway but choose to go.

I doubt the original poster intended any offence, in fact I know he didn’t ….. and we all know the unfortunate history of native Americans so the lecture was a bit over the top for a light hearted comment free of malice.
How’s that, no offence intended either.

Very tough call for any Welsh player to boycott this World Cup - it's the first time they've qualified in over 50 years. The Principality expects...

Ironic if we take the England team as an example. Repeated protestations beforehand, lots of doubts and concern down to the symbolism even on the plane they arrive in for consumption in this country.
If they truly care that much don’t go, back up your beliefs and set an example. Otherwise keep quiet and non commital, hold your nose and do your job.
It appears they want their cake and eat it.

Straight into the side. Hope he makes more of an immediate impression than Theo Robinson did. He gets another start today, as does Hastie

Hastie? Are we that desperate? Looks like no defenders back from injury so Ferguson continues as CB next to Murray. New midfielder but the no cause for optimism.

3-0 after 21 minutes. Our worst fears are being realized. Just worried about how many we will concede.

We are down. They might be trying to find that extra yard as Curle says, but they will always be the worst assembled (and most explicit gamble) Hartlepool team of all time, manufactured by the biggest shambles of an appointment.

And apparently the fans are fighting with each other now.

KC may well be a very good manager but when you consider the players he has available, he is working wonders . Looks like the wheels are finally coming off big time today.

Let me guess the "real fans" who turn up 30 minutes in and leave at the 70th minute after doing coke and abusing stewards?

They’re still at the match to be fair to them…and probably do right turning up late and numbing the pain of what they’ve been stupid enough to pay for.

Too many people on here were blind to this from Lees time, to not having enough players for preseason, to crap managers walking away then enticed back by Singh. We've become a pathetic carry on of a club. Where's Poolie1 and his witty pro club comments ?

Batman is still here… Robin fled the minute he realised he had made an absolute show of himself. Those posts would be comical now, purely for the backlash you received for even doubting that asking a Portuguese local to join in with training MIGHT be a red flag - along with the inability to field a team and the scattergun transfer policy!
