See he is playing games for Sunderland U-21s again: https://www.hartlepoolmail.co.uk/sport/ ... ed-3901486

He should be allowed to go back permanently at Christmas. Hasn't worked out at all for him or Pools.

We rarely get a decent loan signing and never from the ‘Big three’.

Best loanee i,ve seen in recent years was Tyler Burey, Who is now firmly in the first team squad at Milwall.

31 years ago….. :angry-tappingfoot: do keep up.
You’ll be mentioning Titus Bangiron on loan from Clacton Harriers in the 1912/13 season next, who scored 128 goals in 4 appearances.

Ah, I said rarely get, not never get.

Jan over Pederson was the best loan and the best player I have ever seen in a Pools shirt what a player he was.

Can’t argue with that, a class act, faultless.

We have had a few decent loanees but the crap far outweighs the decent. Watched the Torquay v Derby game yesterday and Will Goodman, the striker we had on loan from Stoke, scored Torquay's equaliser in the dying seconds.

Matty Daly got the winner for Harrogate at Bradford. Challinor had a good record picking loan players for Pools - Armstrong, Burey and Daly - but there were some duds as well. Graeme Lee's loan signings were all duds!

The thing is you can send them back to their club if there not up for it, the current squad we can’t as they are permanent signings.

The way things are going, Ellis Taylor may be one of only a handful of fit players so may be asked to stay on beyond January.

Don,t know for certain but think Joe Parkinson may have sorted Burey.

If we can't get a better player on loan than Taylor in January then we really are fucked

He might be playing centre half against Stevenage alongside Curle the way things are looking at the moment…

is it a case of the better ones being a bit older than those who have been poor. would rather see our own 17/18 year old lads getting a chance than someone elses. they actually might attempt to put a shift in even if the end product is no better.

Nah, I”ve been approved as an emergency signing, but only if Ratboy can ‘accompany’ me
Forget ‘Norman bites you legs Hunter’…my Ratboy will bite whatever’s available or dangling.

Think Ratboy should be harnessed to the Goal, Keep Killip alert.
