I hope he never gets another job in football !

Lazy ignorant approach could end up sinking the whole club-clueless get.

Who employed him? Who allowed him to bring in these mediocre players? The buck stops with the owner.

Why did we need Hartley? I wonder who was responsible for us losing our manager and best players from the playoff season...

We were all told by Challinor what was coming in a coded message, it's hard to say he is wrong now. Raj pulled the plug on the team as soon as we got promoted. Even his token gesture centre forward Omar Bogle lasted how long? Months?

Easy to blame managers, who it's pretty obvious to most were given peanuts to compete against teams, spending way more. The buck stops at raj and false promises hobin.

We were compared to Morcambe not long back by our chairman, that in itself should of raised alarm bells.

We didn’t lose Challinor he got offered a job on his door step with probably a signing on fee, a bonus if he won promotion and trebled his salary.
The players who left similarly long term contracts with a signing on fee and a substantial increase in their salary.

lets just go back to the time he was appointed and how many didn,t want hartley at the club. did he know himself that his signings would at the best be mediocre. its just things never worked out. cannot blame raj for making a mistake unless he can see in the future. now is more important that he undues the mistake he made. the question is has raj still got the heart to do it. we do not know and its pointless guessing.

I think he needs to ditch his advisers, they appear to know Jack shit. Have they got a mickey mouse degree in ‘football Technology and Air Guitar’…..it would explain a lot.

He fell out with Hignett, maybe he should have kept him on, at least he actually played football.
Surely he can’t run his own business the way he runs Pools, a clear out needed of his advisers and start again as they have all failed him.

Hignett had three spells as manager, maybe a better choice than him would be better, his win % was adequate, but that’s about it.

I was think8ng more so as an advisor to Singh, he can’t be any worse than the current staff, didn’t Jeff Stelling put money into Pools as well ?

To be honest Mr J our lass would be a better choice than whoever sold him the ‘Hartley Project’.
