If he does win this fix then he have a year or so as Prime Minister. There is no way he can win the 'red wall' and he will lose quite a lot of Tory voters who simply don't like backstabbers.

This is the last chance saloon for the Tories. Either they get behind Sunak and behave like a government for the next couple of years or we have an early general election. Would prefer the latter.
