Right, everybody knows the score, the time for digging up corpse of failure has passed and speculating on mistakes has been done to death. This nowt to do with ambition and recriminations.
How do we change things?
It’s a time for blind faith that Curle can turn this lot into something, which is none too promising….. another manager? …possibly… but money has to be spent at the winter break to build a spine into this team, because jellyfish have more backbone and spirit than this shower.
We really are strapped into an Airbus gliding, which is not a good sign.
Any credible suggestions….?

one thing is that saturday cannot be worse. a big 3 games in 8 days coming up that could decide the club and managers future. again its not defeats but the manner of how they are happening in the last 3 games.

Play the best team available. I agree with Loyal Fan’s on the other thread.

And hope.

We don’t have a choice. Although something tells me he has hung a few out to dry last night. Either a master stroke or in 2 defeats time and a training ground bust up later, he’ll be clearing his desk…

We amble along until the window opens, pick up any points we can by trying to kee clean sheets, then loan out as much dross as possible and Raj will have to try and protect his investment by sponsoring the corner flags for 500k. He needs to back Curle with 5 quality loan signings and we need a permanent keeper to give proper competition. 2 centre backs 2 centre miss and a forward. Otherwise things look pretty grim. The only comfort is we are not further adrift than we might have been.

firstly will curle last the month out never mind be here in january. we are not going to sign 5 quality players in january and neither will any league 2 club unless they splash big money out. we may hit lucky and get one but the other 4 cannot be worse than what we have got even if we are underwhelmed by the signings.

That really is the problem. Second half against Carlisle, the Harrogate game, last night. Partly it's about ability - the Everton U-21s and Carlisle were all round much better than the team we had out. But Pools have got by playing for each other and showing fighting spirit in more seasons than I care to remember. That's suddenly nowhere to be seen with this bunch. Not so much Never Say Die as Never Turned Up.

Wonder what situation we would be in if the club had prepared a real contract to Chris Maguire.
Instead of piss balling about.
And i know he COULD end up with a ban, But he hasen,t yet so he could have played a far few games.

"Buy cheap Buy twice" new moto for the shirts.

You lot at the club get your fingers out and start earning you wage!!!!!

history shows that the comment should have been put on the one liner thread.

November is a big month. Thats the time when Raj got sick of our bad results and players not pulling their weight.
Plus side for you is that your crowds are double what ours were so Singh wont be losing as much as he was with us.
