Just what the doctor ordered. It was Donny who looked bottom of the table not us. There are some glum faces walking around in this neck of the woods. Manager needs sacking seems to be the most popular opinion.
There are quite a few of our regular doom mongers conspicuous by their absence.
We must have won.
Future quiz question.
In the season 22/23 the team that won the league was the last one to record a league win, name the team.

Saw him at the match - he had put a pile on it - says he'll take us for a pub crawl around Greatham when he gets back from his next trip over the hills. He also said that Hastie is the best No. 7 we have ever had.

Yes,some thick fans started booing when Umerah was taken off.
He was knackered as he'd ran himself into the ground.

was disappointed myself when his number came up. adam boyd also thought it was a bit too early as well. do not think fans were thick by doing this but more of just living for that minute and not looking at the bigger picture. when you are at a game live lots of sense and reasoning goes out of your head and on another day the outcome of the game might have been different showing the booing may have been justified after all.

If they’d have opened their eyes instead of their mouths, it would have been patently obvious Umerah was knackered and suddenly second best chasing the ball.

everyone will have to start to realise that he will not last a full 90 minutes with his style of game. to change it would spoil the player he is and we,ll have to go along with the manager to see how he can be used the best, either starting or off the bench depending on the opposition itself.

Solid win. Back from 2-0 down against Mansfield and a win after Doncaster drew level and piled on the pressure.

Wasn't always pretty on the eye, but a bit of fight and some goals starting to come in. Atmosphere on Saturday will crank right up.

far better on the eye than that tippy tappy posession football without a threat used to be. all i want is a few goals and watching lads fight for 90 odd minutes. i want to get excited not something where i can relax for a game and nearly nod off.

Have just seen the sky highlights and if you look closely doncaster goal could have been disallowed for offside. Corner comes in and Doncaster player left on the flood in offside position and blocking Killip's line of vision and therefore interfering with play and straight up after goal is scored.

He was injured to be fair, they subbed him off a few minutes later.

I still say some are not up to full fitness yet so it may be just a matter of time.

Hastie probably cemented his place in the none existent reserves - agree that Curle is still finding his best 11 and last night was a chance for the none starters to show what they are about - but last night was probably our best team ! maybe Sterry in there and a Maguire if ever available would be nice to see - but we have half decent options from the bench and seems Paterson can be a utility player when required. Shelton for me still needs to up his game and Ndjoli is coming along nice - didnt have a bad word to say about his performance either. Alot of positives to take which is a nice change in me moaning about the negatives and what we need

I suppose in the short time he’s been here Curle will have to run his eye over them all to satisfy himself, but I suspect he’s got his team almost mapped out.

been in an onside position and the ball had hit him before entering the net he,d have been credited with the goal. looked offside to me and interfering with play. another grey area regarding off side again and possibly in another game the lino would have flagged. asked andrew madley a few seasons ago about that type of event and at least he was honest by saying he hadn,t a clue what he would do and hoped it never happened when the goal was important.
