He (Benjamin Mendy) pleaded not guilty but then was charged with another crime. His career is probably over as he hasn't played since 2021.

unless things have changed over the years the amount of lasses that hung around footballers i,m surprised this type of thing comes up. many were really fit lasses and they could take their pick. even someone like me with mates in the game were never disappointed as they believed i was a coach.
