he will only get better this season - proved last he could cut it with the big lads - the new regime will have him super fit and ready to pounce.

Meanwhile, great to get Joe tied down to a long term deal. Hope he kicks on the way he's got the potential to do, and stays clear of any bad injuries.

yes as long as he does not get over used on the pitch next season. still preferred the challinor approach to him than what lee did. he has already had 2 periods out through injury for awile and is still a young lad.

the new regime will know how to handle such a player - Spike used Grey because he had too ! we didnt have anyone else.

there will be players hopefully infront of Grey this season and he can be used as an impact / cup games.
