Making an extension lead up in my bunker, so turned the radio on and there was a discussion about the Liverpool match.
Not a fan but I’d like to see them win, but why is it English sports journo’s go into orgasmic trances about the opposition and really big them up to the point where Liverpool should just post their surrender and save on the air travel. To be fair they’ve been doing if for decades, which is no excuse.
Just don’t see Irish, Scots or Welsh journo’s doing the same.

and certain players get really bummed up for some unknown reason and knock em down quickly when their new poster boy arrives. once they are on the ball in games their volume goes up, that grealish bloke is a good example of this. like a lot of others he,s a decent player but vastly overated.

Truth of the matter is today's footballers aint a patch on the 70s 80s 90s players.Part of the 00s.
Major decline in skill / flair / commitment / dedication.
Add in you crank managers who copy this boring foreign style shit football.
And today's pundits must have degrees in talking shite.
And you Chairman who live in fantasy land.
Anyhow enuf compliments on todays standard of Football.

Or Eddie Kyle.
Me favourite pundit tells it how it is dosent sit on the fence.
Good knowledge of the game as well.
Hes not me Dad or Uncle by the way.
 bbolt

Eddie tells it as he see’s it, that’s all you ask.
As regards todays players, sorry, they’re just components in a system.
I don’t know it it’s me but I find it all very tedious in the Premiership. It comes over as a smug marketing machine of footballing chess.
I love watching the pundits on the panels and the buzz words they come up with to complicate a very basic game……. Sanitised of flair and flight with teams you’d be pushed to name or recognise the players …. but are worth millions.

just compare the FA Cup Final, the Euro final with their 1 nil borefests to many of the play off games we have seen. they hype these top matches up to be the game of the century and all you get is the same old yawn. is it only the commentators who are excited by these affairs. makes you wonder what eddie kyle actually says and thinks off mike as what he does say may be a watered down version.
