Yep. Next week is crucial - have to have that manager in before Mid June latest. The retained list is there. The new manager has to be inside the lads heads going off on their break - he should introduce himself etc and start working with Hobin and Raj to grt us the best squad possible for next season. The pre season is planned - lads know who the gaffer is. Know whats expected and start a fresh. New players are poached now and not end of bloody July and we go to work.

Anything outside of that and we are repeating last season - only this time managerless and no DC to guide us in the right direction.

in raj we trust...a man prepared to make the tough decisions...imagine going in to next season with that bonehead duo still at the helm with their record in this league...doesn't bear thinking about tbh...

They know nothing at all about us and think we should be ever so grateful when one of their’s see’s fit to grace us with their presence in charge, like missionaries visiting some backwater away from the great metropolis that is the Boro.
