It says he has been very successful at Rotherham…..so why is he leaving……don’t they want the ‘success’ to continue…..?

This my friends is a proper football MANAGER. We should have done everything within our power to retain this man, who polished a turd at many times and expected the highest standards at all times. He motivates his players, unlike Nelson and Lee who claim they don’t need to motivate them….

For all the money etc at his disposal, he seems to have aged a lot since he went there.

He has taken a step down the leagues, why didn’t Rotherham beg him to stay if he’d been successful….?

..how many do you want ?
1.head boy/working his way up/ambitious..next stop a ceo like turnbull ?
2.working with his good old mate...
..so how about..
3.local lad and sick of the commuting to south yorks..
..or..
4.hes actually on more wonga..
..or..
5.there are other reasons behind rotherham apparently being unconcerned about his departure..maybe they have too many data analysts...??
