Not so much a rumour but i wonder if we go back in for the CB at Oldham - doesnt always bode well with some fans picking up the defence of a relegated team but Piergianni is one id take from them for sure.
Not sure if there is any others id take from the latter or Scunny for instance. Is Oldhams keeper better than the flapper as we will take him too.

The Matty Dolan rumour - id also have him at the club too, i know hes been operating mostly in defence for Newport but he would give us a great option in defensive midfield aswell. As it seems we require a new Midfield shortly - Smith and Shelton need to be moved IMO.

All relegated teams will have a core of decent players. Nothing wrong whatsoever with signing one.

it would make sense geographically for us to poach any of their decent players (albeit Salford is the closest League club to Oldham). I just think it makes sense to maybe grab the best of the bunch for those lads not wanting to move too far away etc...

wonder if our new recruitment man can do the business - the "the geeks" had some stick already and hasnt even been revealed yet

You'd have to think one of the many North West clubs would probably make a move for Piergianni. Maybe Crewe, or Fleetwood, if they are relegated.

Loan signings - money paid for 20% wages on some cases

Again …. Seen us through - helped to stabilise.

9 signings needed in the summer should Fergie and Mols stay. I believe off thr back of Rajs comments this is achievable. All our players too.

question marks against a lot of names who have done the job before with failures as well.cesses. Thing is do you give em another chance to fail or risk again to give someone their first job. Not all managers fail with their first chance. For some its the only success they ever get, move on and end up in obscurity. Anyway there is no guarentee pools will get their man anyway or will bring success to the club. it will be a bigger gamble than signing any new player for me.

Not once ... not twice... 3 times - 3 separate sources of information ive came across since monday of said rumour... Rumours are rife Raj IS in the process of selling/sold the Club to the guys behind 'Suit Direct' ... yes the Club Sponsor.

The other board has spoken of it (one of theirs is a decent informant im led to believe)

what if Raj was reducing the clubs deficits by getting rid of playing staff (also cutting his own cloth accordingly pre sale) - and getting shot of Lee before his probabtion and entitlement to payout cash, thus making the club better of when it meets its new owners ? all seems logical to me and plays out nicely should Raj have us sold off.

That could be a reasonable assumption, a clear out of anyone who would be due compensation making the club more saleable. Raj Singh would snap a potential buyers of if their offer was right.

Sam Dalby - Striker - Southend
22 years old 6ft 3. Was signed by Watford as a promising youngster before been released and signed by his current employers. 9 goals for them in total.
None league striker part of a poor first season team in the NL
Probs better than Carver so id have a look at him defintely!

Christian Oxolade - Chamberlain - Midfielder - Aldershot
Brother of Liverpools Alex.
Hasnt really got any stats and only ever played non league. Again wont be good enough for us. Hopefullly just a rumour

Harrison Biggins - Fleetwood.
Linked with him in Jan. Others chasing his signature. Meant to be a very very good midfielder and just what we need. Be surprised if that one comes off.

Scott Flinders - be a free agent and i hope we make an effort
To resign him.

Jodi Jones - winger - Coventry.
Released winger - has pace. Direct and would be a good replacement for Mols. Always played at a high level. Cant see this happening though.
