bit like at rugby cemant on the outskirts of that town. so many kids in the area had to take those little plastic things to games with them because of breathing difficulties. nearly half of them had them. when they played away games out of the area the opposition kids did not have them. any local politician who showed interest in the place eventually went quiet very quickly.
