He could not get in our team last season, he was used basically as a sub that is not chatting shit that is fact. I personally think he is a great player but he is not a centre forward.

Oh right so he was a regular starter as centre forward was he? I might of dreamt this but I'm sure we had Luke Armstrong, rhys oates as our centre forwards last season.

You really are making stuff up aren't you because once again you have been found out to be talking rubbish. Anyone who watched us last season knows for one reason or another couldn't get a start for us. He was mainly used as a sub I'm not sure what part of that you find so hard to take in mols never even took part in half the games and most were fairly brief apoearances. You also said I was chatting shit about most clubs in debt. Anyone with half a brain knows most football clubs are in debt, more clubs are now under investigation and facing sanctions. You really need to check your facts before stating people are talking shit

If you think most clubs aren't in serious debt you really are on another planet. You obviously don't like people questioning raj for one reason or another do you let's be honest that's your beef?

Timi had an absolutely outstanding game (although I didn't see the defending errors for the first goal as it was up the other end).

Timi was brilliant in the play off final.

That's fair enough. The thing is though I'm not stirring shit. The standard of players we have to look at, the teams we have to go to for players, the lack of investing in what could be a really good team is there for everyone to see. It's not just me saying it.

no that's not fair enough....reece oates...41 appearances last year.....mols 29 appearances last year...even though he is a winger... and we were playing with two wing backs....but....mols a player who "couldn't even get into our team last year".....balls and bullshit...

Mike fondop has played 8 times already this year, it might sink in eventually mols was a sub for most of last season.

Not to get between your tiff but last season I didn't think of molyneaux as a starter due to the formation we played and if someone told me he'd be starting up front every game in L2 I would have been very surprised. A good layer no doubt but certainly not a striker.

It seems obvious that Mols has been shoe horned into the more central role because of Pools' well documented shortage of striking talent. Even Burey, good as we all agree he was, had to play a less familiar strikers role because of the lack of capable out and out strikers at the club. Now Carver has arrived I wonder if Mols will play wider with Carver and Cullen playing as out and outs. We shall see.

12 corners today,16 in our last league match against Oldham, but no goals.
Rovers had 3 today & one resulted in a goal.
I think Mr Lee/Nelson & the players need to spend more time on the training ground.

The reporter from Merseyside said Carver MUST be played in a central role and never out wide, he couldn’t emphasise it enough.

yes, but it does sound a typical pools away performance we have seen this season. better side but cannot convert chances. would be great for one league game where we were really bad, up against it for most of the game and sneak a win with our only chance of the game. carlisle away next and stevenage at the vic on saturday. need one win minimum in these two games. two defeats will suck us closer to the bottom two.

I don't think I suggested otherwise. It was Mols I was suggesting could play out wide with Carver and Cullen in the middle.

I suppose if Mols plays out wide (his proper position) that will mean three up front. Does that mean a back four? Who drops out? Personally I am not a Mols fan.

If we are to play three up front, I would prefer Burey rather than Molyneux, who blows too hot and cold for me.

Molyneux started 15 games last season, came on as sub 10 times. Hope that helps clarify his role last season.

Indeed, you don't tend to get replays on the terraces. A bit of proof attached.

Was it streamed after all then? I looked on the Pools OS and they were only offering an audio commentary. Should've looked at the Rovers site from the sound of things.
