the problem with modern day comedy is that there are worse about earning a good living who would not have lasted past their first non joke in most northern working mens clubs. bring on the little waster.

A lot of modern comedy relates around the lifestyles of the young middle class woke types with gags about their cats antics, not so much comedy, as an insight to their rather boring daily routine telling this tosh to people like them, while everyone else is saying ‘What’ scratching head ...
Their are some really good comedians out there but the tide keeps washing up unfunny people boring the pants off you.

Thanks for posting this - I enjoyed listening. Like all podcasts it could have done with a serious edit but he's a funny guy with some good anecdotes about scrapping around in the lower leagues with the likes of Exeter and Northampton.
