Probably seeing younger, hotter people on the beach sunning themselves every year makes them realise they're married to someone ugly?

That list of 10 includes many that are best described as;

GOD's WAITING ROOM

Particularly Worthing & Eastbourne where the average age must be 80+, try driving down the high street with most of the old buggers who passed their driving tests in the late 50's

Drove from Dover to Portsmouth once on a summer Sunday. Never, never, never, ever again.They don’t bury the dead in Bognor, they store them in bus shelters.

You are wrong about Eastbourne, Bexhill is the place for highest average age.

Sorry but in my working life in East Sussex, I had to research the demographics of the area and Eastbourne has an average age of mid fifties whereas Bexhill is around eighty. Worthing is in West Sussex so didn't look into it but I agree that it would be very high.
The figures can be checked from census data.

If you are into older or classic cars like me then you,ll find the vast majority are for sale around the bournemouth area. I own a peugeot 309 and a 405 estate and was down there a couple of years ago and saw 4 of them which apart from mine are the only ones i have seen for years.

Apart from the care and attention they get i think the climate helps.

been told the same before, but you,d think it would be better say around oxford that is miles from the salt in the atmosphere being so far from the sea and possibly milder than up north.
