its suggests to me so yes - had this discussion as the 4th went in with some of the lads. Seems their hearts where not in the game one bit. We made mistakes which where reminiscent of the time lads where not getting pad etc... other things on their minds. laps of concentration throughout and it was more than obvious watching the replay back. Heads dropping just didnt seem like the new Pools we seen last weekend.

also just to add.. apart from the terrible display and 5 shite goals we let them get away with. We havnt given the Ref enough stick... Absolutely appalling and should never referee above Sunday league football for a long time. Im sure if the DC shit wasnt going on in the background this would have been hot topic aswell !

Reminded me of the end of the season we went out of the league. Players just couldn’t be arsed then, it was cringe inducing.

In the last couple of seasons Pools have always been capable of putting in the odd terrible performance, especially against teams that are all round bigger, stronger and quicker than they are. Did it home to Torquay last season and, even worse in terms of how important the game was, away to Sutton at the end of last season. And away to Sutton this season for that matter.

I suppose it's possible they might have been unsettled by rumours, but when it comes to this type of speculation 2 as 2 makes 5 as often as it makes 4.
