Smythe hasn't been around for more than a decade, Monty still looks in but hasn't posted for quite some time. Snowy is here, alive and well. There was a bit of a falling out about a year or so ago and a bunch left but in general, a message board 20 years ago didn't have the competition of Facebook and the like and others move on in their lives.

A few of the posters here 10 years ago stopped attending or just moved onto social media sites like Facebook or Twitter (the latter moreso I think). I've definitely seen the username Lordsmythe responding to Pools related posts on there.

This is the most active forum I'm on, several I used to frequent have shut down in recent years. I feel the real killer has been more general forums like Reddit or chat servers like Discord. Granted I'm not sure Pools are represented on either of those sites.

I regret the loss of some posters but others perhaps less. I'm still in touch with the likes of Ripper ECG, Dibble and our resident sparky Mr Moore but others have departed. There were some things said in the past that makes things difficult but life's too short to dwell.
