Liked the Papa John's arrangement with after 90 straight to penalties so you always get a winner. Why not have this for league games eradicating draws. Would this not make football more attacking and entertaining?

Probably the opposite. Half a chance both sides could end up just being happy settling for the draw and taking the point and being happy to go for the penalties for the extra point.

Why would a side take a risk going for the win when they can play a safer game and still possibly take 2 points.

I was meaning that you can only get 3 points if you win and no points if you lose after penalties if the game is drawn after 90 minutes. Draws (one point) would not exist any more.

You'd see more 0-0's, time wasting and "injuries" than ever before. Basically just imagine the National League.

Having penalties as the decider of knock out games means loads of teams lose any interest in playing for a result 15-20 minutes into the second half. Saw it in the European Championship this summer.

There's zero entertainment value in watching two teams fanny around for half an hour waiting for pens. A penalty shoot out once a blue moon is exciting - one every second or third game would soon border on tedium as well.

yes, or just give an extra point for a win. always find a home draw only slightly better than a defeat but an away draw quite acceptable.
