There really should have been a renewed push after promotion - like extending the early bird offer. It's an opportunity missed.

I agree, I would have bought one if they had extended it after promotion, but I wasnt prepared to commit to one to watch the likes of Dover, Wealdstone & Kings Lynn.

I am happy to pay as you go. Breakeven at 16/17 games. Usually miss 6 to 8 games a season. Club will still get its cash and I won't feel "duty bound" to go to all.

Not a bad total given the situation.
Huge % price increase.
Uncertainty of anutha non League season.
Covid Skintness.
Early bird way to early.
Poor quality squad on paper.
Maybe a half season ticket on offer at Xmas if we doing OK.

exactly. its only missing out of getting tickets for away games where i can see the value of a season ticket unless you are guarenteed to see the vast majority of games. i can take being with harrogate and barrow fans with my gob shut once a season. there will be no problems getting tickets for anywhere else.

Has anyone got theirs if they opted and paid for postal delivery?

Asking here as the club can't have paid the phone bill.

I got mine delivered by post on Tuesday morning, with a nice thank you letter from Raj. I did purchase it back in early May mind. You have to sign for it, so if you're not in when the postie comes not sure if they'd take it away sctatchinghead

Well I've not received mine. Shame that no one answers the phone or replies to emails. After the paltry return on our season ticket monies over the last few seasons you would think that they would treat the paying (already paid - months ago) customers with some respect!

I hate the club as much as I love it. And so I've now requested a full and immediate repayment - I know that I'll be ignored but I've got a date for my Court claim.

Try sending an email to all the emails on the Official Site, should get a response from someone. The Administration is a little lacking at the moment sadly.

Thanks - but I've tried - and you get to a point where you just give in - and then want to get even.

Try phoning Your local sorting office at royal mail?? I Am pretty sure the club has sent out all the season tickets that should have been sent out by 1st class recorded, it could be a Royal Mail Balls up.

The Post Office isn't responsible for the club failing to answer emails or phone calls - and what reference do I give the sorting office? Needle 1 in haystack 2? This isn't the fault of the staff - and I appreciate your suggestion - but this just reflects yet another retrograde, cost cutting step.

Are you sure you paid a delivery charge?, there was the initial fee plus a £5 booking fee and £2 extra for delivery.

firstly if the royal mail has a parcel or recorded mail letter that they cannot deliver they put a card through your letter box telling you when and where you can pick this up when you bring the card with you. as for not answering the phone or emails its obvious that they need someone at the club to be there to answer them. surely at this time of the season that should really be sorted out. we are a EFL club now not a micky mouse non league outfit that sounds if they are still acting as such.

I think this is a bit harsh. At times when the ticket office is stowed out with face to face customers, answering the phone is always going to be a lottery - same goes for the club shop.

Dunno if anybody has tried ringing one of the utilities or other national company's helpline recently? Service was getting worse before Covid, but loads of them seem to have used the pandemic as an excuse to ditch customer care altogether. You get referred to online support and half the time that's not working either. But you always get through on the phone to their feckin' new sales department.

As far as the Vic goes, if the department you want is always ringing out, try one of the other extensions. Not saying that's worked for me in the past but not saying it hasn't

thats fine if you think everyone including pools should get some slack nowadays for poor customer service. like car insurance its so easy to buy it but not as easy to cancel it for the reasons you give. always find those working in the ticket office very helpful and friendly but like me answering the phone might not be their thing if there are other tasks to be done. know its something different but doctors surgerys must be some of the worst culprits in this. a recorded message saying they are busy when looking into the waiting room watching a couple on duty ignoring the ringing.

I'm always annoyed by a 'Booking Fee' - what is it for?

Most of the money paid goes towards the season ticket, that's what I'm buying and fair enough. £2 for postage, that's fine I know what I'm paying for.

But £5 for a booking fee? I wrote to Pools to ask what I was actually buying for this, but have yet to hear back two months later.

I know its not just Pools, most sellers now apply it to tickets, but unless I know what I am paying for I consider it price gouging, especially if it only applies to online purchases.

even my matchday ticket had a pound booking fee and a two pound postage added to it for the cost of a first class stamp. all clubs do this and they want you to pre book. not all of us have a facility to download stuff so that means we have to pay a surcharge on purchases that way. the only alternative is to queue up at the ticket office making their work much harder as the picking up your ticket from there choice seems to have been removed.

NO. My record has been deleted from the system. They've taken my money. Including booking and delivery fees. Then I've been deleted. Anyone with any basic knowledge of accounts and reconciliations will be asking 'how the f does that happen.' I don't blame the ladies on the counter - this is a complete breakdown of back office infrastructure. And I've still had no replies to emails and an answerphone message demanding immediate repayment.

How many others have been deleted?

A L2 club and we delete members, fail to reply to emails and phone calls.................if it wasn't for DC.

As I said Admin is not ideal at the club. Be this lack of staff or holidays we don't know.

So as I said before the ticket email does not get answered, There are many others under contacts on the club wbesite. I sent an email to those and had a reply.

The tickets extension on the phone is not answered, try reception or others. No guarantee they will be answered though.

So your options. If you are going tomorrow. The Ticket Office or Reception should be manned/womaned. Go there, take evidence of your payment and id with address on and such. Tell them you haven't received your ticket and have had no reply to your contacts. It should be sorted very easily, if not ask to see someone in a Senior position and ask them.

If you are not there tomorrow try the other options I suggest or visit the Ticket Office at the next game you attend. With proof of purchase it will be easy.

Don't worry.
