With approx only 450 tickets available to non 2020/2021 season ticket holders, I would suspect that some genuine fans will miss out on Saturdays game ?

where did you hear it was 450? Nothing but the sound of silence when I've tried contacting Pools the past few days. Mind it's been like that the past year now.

It sucks for everyone, sucks for current ST holders and people who would of happily paid £25 for a one off game. Why the fuck couldn't they just automatically assume that every ST holder wanted to attend, forget about the future ST holders and make the remaining tickets on sale for everyone?

I know several ST holders who can't get tickets, online website doesn't recognize accounts and live out of town so can't collect.

The old adage "piss up in a brewery" comes to mind.

When I bought my 2021/2022 season ticket, the girl said they had 1251 season ticket holders for 2020/21, and that they were working to 1706 fans for the Weymourh game , means approx 450 for general sale.
The website clearly states that the ticket office is open from 8 till 10 on Saturday morning for those 2020/21 season ticket holders who live out of town - don't forget the game kicks off at 12.30.

When I picked up my tickets for Saturday, they were already in envelopes, so they have assumed all 2020 /21 season ticket holders will be getting their tickets and basically they have until 10 am on Saturday to collect them.

Don't know whether this thread is touting or someone having a ticket they shouldn't have?

As for myself the online account said I have an account even though I have never used it. Automatically apparently for having a season ticket. I visited Hartlepool a couple of weeks ago and bought a Season ticket for next season, having missed out last year as it seemed unlikely there would be many games. Have not been to Hartlepool since last game of also season until I bought the season ticket.

Still waiting for the email to reset my password after 4 requests. Says I should contact them but to be honest a little fed up. Are there any tickets left available? Who knows, happy to show pictures of people queuing in the rain but no information. I realise staff are limited due to Furlough and redundancies but keeping fans informed on something important should be a priority, rather than Game of the season, Player of the season etc...

Just a whinge! Fed up enough with a Bristol Final, think it will be a month's pass to BT Sport and another 3 months sitting in the house until next season!!

Have to say thanks for the information since1953. Didn't know whether to bother waiting for a ticket to buy but if 450 are going at least I have a chance.

like all big games where tickets are at a premium there will be some strangers at the vic on saturday that might have to put the grounds post code in their sat nav. could get up on saturday, love to get up on saturday but will leave the possibility of getting a ticket for those who hardly ever miss a home game. they deserve one more than i do.

remember to check ALL conditions of entry before you purchase a ticket. that includes wearing face muzzles throught the game and not just entering and leaving the ground and moving about it as other clubs have stipulated. its too late once getting to the vic.

Picked up my ticket and instructions for the game today from an empty ticket office. There was a box of envelopes with match tickets ready for season ticket holders to collect - there didn't look to be more than about 50 envelopes left so I guess I must have been one of the last to pick one up.

Sorry, I didn't ask whether there were any match tickets for sale when I was in.

Is there no streaming tomorrow. I think the club will be missing out on valuable income from those that can't get a ticket.

what instructions were they for todays game. do you have to get in at a certain time, have a temperature check. use the NHS track and trace app plus other things some clubs require fans to do.

Please find general information regarding the return of fans for our home fixture against Weymouth FC.

Face masks must be worn at all times under the ground regulations unless notice to say otherwise.

Bar and catering will not be available. You can bring your own drinks and snacks but your bag will be searched upon entry with bottle caps removed.

Hospitality is now sold out.

You will receive a temperature check upon arrival at the turnstile and will be asked to scan in via the NHS app.

A one-way system for every stand has been put in place and can be found via yellow markings on the floor.

We ask that you stay in your seat/standing position throughout the game and do not move unless using the toilet facilities. Hand sanaitiser stations will be available throughout the ground.

Arrive as early as possible. Turnstiles open from 11.15. The ticket office is also open from 8-10am.

thank goodness i never bothered getting a ticket. i,d have travelled all the way up to the vic to be refused entry. reason, i would be unable to scan the NHS app as i have nothing to download it on in the first place. wonder if they had a paper option to fill in or just another modern day assumption that everyone has this, that and the other.

Didn’t have to scan or even fill in a form. Quick temperature check then straight in.

I have to say for all the moaning I do, I feel the club did extremely well today on and off the field. Not a big hold up, no real jobsworths and a decent programme. Even getting the tickets turned out fairly simple in the end.

Hyped for the playoffs
