They have Niko Muir, so that's at least one goal we've conceded before a ball has been kicked.

Pools 2 Woking 1 Oates and Holohan and ball hit by Woking defender strikes Tommy Miller in commentary box and rebounds into Woking's goal up The Town End. After some discussion the ref disallows it on the grounds of offside. Tommy is sent on and then off with a red card for unsporting conduct and dangerous play.

Got to win simple as that! so I'm going for a 3-0 win if he picks the right team if he reverts back to setting up not to lose......... we will lose.

Over to you Dave Challinor.

1-0 pools win. Oates rebound from Armstrong penner. Never a penner by the way but no VAR.

do not know why i bother with football. wait days for the match and all it does is bring negativity out of me. even went into the rink end a couple of times with away fans to get a pools victory. yes it bloody worked but then you cannot cheer it.

Yes good luck to him. It would be great for a full 90 minutes and a goal.

Dreadful game, slow, monotonous, only outlet is a through ball from Johnson.

Very scrappy game but it's the result that matters. Ferguson my MoM. Great shot from Rhys Oates for the winner.

I hope the two games this week have been enough to convince Dave Challinor that Featherstone and White in the same side just does not work, but somehow I doubt it!

Great save from Ben Killip kept Pools from going behind.

Great result and that's all that matter. Made sweeter with Sutton dropping home points.

DC just been on Radio Tees saying realistically we need 11 wins 1 draw to win league.
I agree.
But it won't happen.
Top 3 finish would be awesome.

We probably have to beat Dagenham Tuesday if we want any chance of going for the league. Do that and Sutton lose then pressure will crank up a notch or two on them. Not sure we are good enough to beat two inform teams this week but what we must not do is lose both.

while the result was great it would be nice to play well and get a similar result. should have been a couple up at half time and they actually looked the better side the first half of the second half. on another day they could have nicked a win never mind a point. hope the win does not cover up the performance which was far below par. at least williams, apart from his miss, had a good 45 plus minutes. rest him on tuesday as we,ll need to be at our best to win at the stockport bogey ground.

agree. we can only keep winning and no team will win em all. its harder catching teams at the top than going on a good run at the bottom for a great escape.

I agree entirely Mr Accy but my desperation to get promoted rules all else. Would be great to win with flowing football and for us to take more chances but it was a great result, in the great scheme of things. DC reckons 11 wins and a draw to be champs, which is a tall order but eleven results like yesterday will do me. I do prefer convincing wins of course I do.
I too thought Williams performance was promising.
