It shows we didn't create many chances.

Surprised Ferguson hasn't scored more like that so far this season.

Joe Grey could've got me a few brownie points, though to be fair it wasn't as easy a chance as it looks. Shelton maybe should've sent Joe on his way rather than putting the ball out wide to Sterry.

I will never get used to this two players standing over a corner/free kick mullarkey, waste of time IMO.

waste of a player as well. doubt it worries the defence for a second especially when the ball comes across and it never gets past the first defender or goes straight out for a throw in.

I just think, the extra player, usually Featherstone, would be better off in the box causing problems or on the edge of the box, waiting for any cleared ball to drop. Opinions I suppose.

I agree, cant see the point of having two over the ball at the corner flag. One less for the opposition to worry about.

its like the two or three involved in taking a free kick as well. we usually know and so does the opposition who is eventually going to take it anyway. probebly in lesson 3 for those taking their qualifications for their coaching badges with the charts and graphs supporting these ideas.
