A kit release 3 days before the start of the season, it's like pools have regressed 30 years.

Literally the same kit as last season minus the white sash.

Those curtains could do with replacing an' all. Looks like Molyneux's posing in the entrance to the Fuhrer bunker.

I thought Jesper had been talking to a few options for sponsorship? Was it literally just a “hello nice to see you, we are here to talk about sponsorship but really we are just having Raj’s company instead so this is just a formality. Here’s a chocolate biscuit now fuck off”

Can't really see the need for a new kit every year ( apart from the obvious one). This new one looks like an "off the shelf" model with a couple of wonky stripes added. Just glad I'm too old to wear one !

Cheers, Mark. Strictly a t shirt man these days, though I do own several of them. Nice easy option when your birthday's the second week in August !

Disagree ! Replica kit maketh the man  You have to feel good in the strip you are wearing. Its not the best, I wouldn't expect anything less from Pools, but Its not the worst either. I just don't like O'Neils /ONeils or even oneils as our kit manufacturers . Other clubs manage to get deals with Macron, Hummel , Joma etc , yet we always end up with some rag tag outfit, I suppose its because they are the cheapest.

We had a fuck load of years with Nike, and they just got whinged at for giving us catalogue kits. Can’t win.

That wasn't the real Nike though , like the stuff they would knock out for Barcelona etc, ours was just catalogue shite , any Sunday League team could've acquired, nothing original.

problem for me is that a replica shirt is only ever seen if i go to a pub. usually have too many layers on at the vic for anyone to see it.

Prefer it to the home kit. Bit of a novelty to have a player who's only just arrived on a short-term deal modelling it, hope it's a lucky omen for him and Pools.

Some other pics knocking about showing Donaldson and Molyneux wearing it. A lighter background does the strip justice, whereas the pics with a darker background that the club first put out , do it no favours IMO
