If Pools were restricted initially to a 2000 capacity could this work? (example):-

1500 full season ticket holders.

500 even game season ticket holders (2,4,6 etc)

500 odd game season ticket holders (1,3,5 etc)

Therefore 2500 s/t holders, 1500 paying full price, 1000 paying half/third price (as there are 23 home games the even game holders get a cup game free?).

Now before people say I'd want to attend every home game I reckon some people may prefer the alternative choice. But you could have 2000 say they want a full s/t so first 1500 names drawn get one the 500 left automatically get an alternative one?, better ideas (as I'm sure there will be) anyone? bbolt

Or this maybe ( you can tell I'm bored),

3000 s/t holders split into 6 groups of 500 people A, B, C, D, E, F.

Game 1:- A,B,C,D
Game 2:- C,D,E,F
Game 3:- E,F,A,B etc so you get to attend 2 of every 3 games? bbolt

I can see a lot of clubs putting prices up a bit and just simply selling 2000 (or whatever their figures are). The more demand there is the higher they can sell them for plus they will need the money more too! I fear plenty of clubs are going to but the needs and wants of the fans on the back burners and go totally for cash.

not sure if its still the case, but i know at one time clubs had a limit on season ticket holders and they had a maximum number as a percentage of the ground capacity.
