Just watched their boss O’Leary complaining about the government and their lack of communication.

Oh the irony. I won’t if he’s talking about those trying to get refunds from Ryanair who have to email and never get a response.

To be fair , Premier Inn refunded me almost straightaway.

Problem I have found during this pandemic, is firms taking orders online , for things they know they haven't got in stock, therefore having to wait 4-6 weeks for something to arrive , even though they already taken the money out of your bank account. In normal circumstances they would say item was out of stock , but they seem to be deliberately reeling people in, to bring in money. Probably not illegal but immoral , and a pain in the arse.

I got a refund off TUI for a holiday in 24 hours.

Still waiting getting anything back from Ryanair, only been about 3 weeks.

I got my refund ok from them for flights to Budapest for May. Another time I was delayed for nearly 4 hours coming back from Venice. Put in a claim and got nearly £700 back off them. The flights and hotel together didn’t even come to that so I was well chuffed. Thought it must have been an error but didn’t say owt of course.

Don't complain about Ryan Airs slow response time to refunds. If you read the smallprint and paid the extra £1000 per person, you would have had the quick response refund form in less than a month. #alwaysreadthesmallprint.

O Really is a twat who just wants to get is business up and running and doesnt give a shit about his customers health.
IDS is the same.
We must keep this 2 metre/meter rule. Its easy for Brits to do it as our "reserve" keeps us one metre away anyway so the extra metre is no problem. In hospitality/schools a reduction to one metre surprisingly does not free up much more capacity.
The average European Johnny foreigner who is normally one cm for his friend must find one metre seem like a mile. (or a KM)
