Just met a really nice couple i know who had been over to friends for a few drinks in their big garden and were on their way home.
Both walked straight up to me to within a couple of feet.
They definitely didnt do it a few days ago.
Booze and social distancing dont mix.
The biggest challenge is going to be the opening of pubs.
I wasnt Happy

I've seen bigger groups on the beach a couple weeks ago.The 2 metre distancing only seems to apply at ice cream kiosks until they mix in with the rest on the busy promenade.

Well at least they managed to keep the 2 groups apart.

its because many people have just had enough of it rightly or wrongly. i for one am sick to death of hearing social distancing being mentioned at every single opportunity on the box. its not as if any single person knows about it. ram something continually down peoples throats and it will get abused and the message will be lost. allotments were mentioned the other day and social distancing had to be mentioned. the only allotments i have seen is where there is usually one person on em anyway.
