There was a Eurovision gaffs and funny bits from the past on tv last night..Cliff Richards Congratulation's was clearly a winner i thought back in 68..General Franco was having none of it :laugh:

i usually love Eurovision and the impartial voting which is a good indicator of European politics! I usually have a cheeky bottle of Red Wine. This year I'm watching a fillum but still having the Vino.

...I don't see why they couldn't do this years contest socially distanced? I mean, the crowd have no opinion whatsoever and if I recall correctly even the judges appear via videolink in their nations capital. The songs have already been chosen to, could just easily stream the videos and ask people to vote?

Yours is a good idea Mr remote, but I think the answer probably lies with the funding/sponsorship etc.
