250g plain flour
300ml milk
4 eggs
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
beef dripping

Pre heat oven 230c and melt dripping for 15 minutes
Pour in batter and cook at 210c for 25 minutes

Do Not Open door
Make them ahead and freeze, re heat 200c 3 minutes

That's more or less how I make them but I add a shot of vodka. Made some yesterday. Yummy.
