Having said that, he's stood next to a steward who will no doubt have helped the police with their enquiries if the man in question did make racist noises.

I think (not fully sure, so pinch of salt) another video was circulating online filmed within the stand, which had audible monkey noises. Considering all the shite Sterling has been through, I'd of expected a bit better from a City fan.

If he did do it then by all means crusify him but leave his family out of it. I read that his ex wife and daughter have received abuse over it, which is as needless as any racism.
If proved guilty, I'm sure losing his job and respect of his family will be a suitable wake up call.

When I first came to Hartlepool one of the first people I met was of Ghanaian heritage. A few years ago I met a season ticket holder who was mixed race. Imagine how they feel now!?

Sorry I was being pedantic being a biologist but totally agree that we are the same and all from the same historical ancestor so to judge anyone on their ethnic background is stupid. No matter what governments is in power here or Europe come to that, we now celebrate the opening of a cafe with 4 part time jobs as though Volvo had announced a 4,000 job car plant.
