Not even standing in the general election I see, the bloke dressed as a Dolphin beating him last time must have had a lasting effect!

What an absolute fraud this man is. The Brexit party aren’t even a political party just a vehicle to keep him on TV. Anyone wasting a vote on them is an absolute mug.

He said this by on Andrew Marr a few weeks after announcing that he was boycotting the BBC. The bloke would go on a Jim’ll Fix It remake hosted by Gary Glitter if it got him on the Telly.

Politics in the UK is an absolute sewer right now.

There will be plenty that will fall for the nonsense though and will vote for them. Remember brexit is just that important for some.

Possibly the funniest post of the 1740 you have written. Your prize is cinema tickets for you and your boyfriend to see Brokeback Mountain again.

How do squirrels watch their favourite programmes?

On Nutflix!

Q: What was the pumpkin’s favourite sport?

A: Squash.

I cringed at 'Nigel Faraud' almost as much as I cringe when I see 'Featherlight'

The law requires any political party to have a least 2 members the Brexit party has 3. The party has 115,000 paying 'registered supporters' which have no voting power. Most supporters are ex UKIP or Conservatives. Farage basically controls the party including picking any candidates.
Its funding is very murky and even has a bloke in the Welsh assembly called Reckless.

The electorate in Hartlepool voted a football club mascot as the mayor, 70% voted leave which in my opinion was about immigration and austerity.
We now have Ken Hodcroft standing as the The Brexit Party candidate, whats the chance that the majority of the 70% will vote for him as the current Labour Party MP is against leaving the EU.

Nigel Faraud has a French family name. He should be deported as soon as Brexit happens.

With a name like Poolie d'Or you're clearly a French spy stirring up trouble because you know Farage's family is German.

He defied a 3 line whip to do so

Vote for a chairman that sold us down the river and repeatedly told people to vote Tory as leaving the EU is more important than schools libraries the NHS or workers rights

Serious question; why on earth are the people of Hartlepool worried about immigration?

A very good question that I doubt they could answer. One of the biggest mysteries ever. Yet still they crave brexit.

It really is because of utter simpletons like you that the country finds itself in this Brexit nightmare.

What has any of that got to do with immigration or leaving the EU? How would even Farages mythical ‘clean break’ Brexit alter this housing crisis?

It’s surely it’s the disparity between wages and property prices especially in the South of England? It’s not that we don’t have room for our population it’s we don’t have room that people can actually afford. I have mate who’s lived in London since university him and his partner both have good jobs and even though they are both approaching 40 they are renting a small apartment that’s massively expensive.

We really need to stop idiots voting somehow.

The way things are going it’s going to be a another hung Parliament, no one north of Watford in England will vote for Lib Dem. in Scotland a remain place the Lib Dem might do ok as Scotland voted too remain, not everyone in Scotland is an SNP supporter. The rest of England is anybodies guess, will the Labour strongholds stick by Labour whilst they said they would negotiate a new deal, would the EU be willing too negotiate a new deal, then put it too the people ?

Vile isn't he. As far away from the real World as anyone could possibly be. Who does someone like him actually represent?

It's absolutely staggering as well that people are allowing themselves again to be hoodwinked by Boris Johnson, the same people that were three years ago. All of this absolute tosh about 'getting Brexit done' Even at the point we ever left the EU it would be years away from being 'done'. It's all propaganda and brainwashing fuelled by self preservation like it has been from day one. Why would anyone vote right now for the very people that put our country in this appalling position? The worst and most hideous government in British history. Whatever you think of Labours current leadership above all we need to get these fuckers out, that is the most important thing in this general election. Worry about the other stuff later, forget about Brexit, that is actually a helpful distraction for the Tories from all the other hideous stuff they are getting away with that it's burying away from the headlines. This election is much more important than single issue of us leaving the EU.

I second that. I cannot understand why anyone would vote for this shower of shite, particularly here in the north east. We are hanging on to the cliff edge with our finger tips and these bastards are quite happy to look down at us and stand on our fingers

The Grenfell comments are absolutely despicable and really help to highlight how repugnant and unsuitable for public office many of these people are. Remember these are the same people who smeared and sneered the people of Liverpool for years over Hillsborough. Rees-Mogg would have got out of Grenfell Tower apparently because he’s more intelligent than people who died in it. Sick.

On the news last night they interviewed a bloke who had mobile phone footage from inside his flat and he couldn’t have got out. Him his wife survived but she was pregnant and the baby was stillborn as a result. Can you imagine being him how you’d feel hearing some vile, privileged sub human piece of skin and bone who’s probably never been in a building like Grenfell Tower never mind live in it say that?

Listen to the contempt for real people;

https://twitter.com/engineer4eu/status/ ... 94818?s=21

It’s incredible that Fire Service seem to be carrying the can for this when the building was essentially a death trap, and resources and numbers had been cut massively by.... The Tories.

if arrogance had not been invented rees mogg , or more like rees mug, would have been the inventor of it. shows the true face of the present tory party more than any other. strange that many working class folk like him when he,s their big enemy.

If Rees Smugg was on the Titanic he would have emptied the nearest lifeboat of women and children demanding he has his own lifeboat
