It was on the front page of The Sun but that hardly makes it front page news. Politically it's no more than propaganda tool for some of richest people in society to keep the little people thinking how they want them to and mainly voting how they want them to.

In this instance it absolutely certainly isn't 'front page news' and nothing more than a ghoulish invasion of privacy (the 'story' featured pictures of childrens graves FFS.) I imagine it was front page news when it happened in New Zealand in 1988 but these things involve real people and such a tragedy obviously has an enormous impact of peoples lives forever, dragging up this turmoil and hurt now can't be justified as in the public interest, or news. I hope the book is thrown at them, and press standards are again dragged through the coals.

totally agree and for me there is no excuse for it. the problem though is that nowadays anyone in the public eye or celebrities as a lot call em are open to all this. some cannot get enough of any old news,thats pushing the word news as far as you can, present stories about their private lives and what they eat for breakfast. at least years ago a sportsman was a sportsman, a musician a musician and a politician a politician and that was it. is it the Sun thats to blame in the end or the general public at large who live and breath stuff like this.
