Was in Middleton last week and there seems to be a bit of work going on in the refurbishment of warehouses/buildings.
One of the blokes said he was also doing the same thing over at Teesport.

Has anyone got any info on this?

The Freeport is supposed to be part of the defunct British Steel site at Red ar, the work at Middleton I believe is too do the company JDR who make Umbilical Cables for offshore wind farms.
