Tis a cracking strike indeed.

We seem to be having more joy with corners recently, obviously the extra centre back helps even more. I notice we dont send Kitching into the box for corners still, I know he aint the greatest in the air but even if he is in there as a decoy, he would still surely be marked by one of the tallest opposition players?

Awful miss by their guy towards the end from the cross, straight at Killip but nice safe hands as a fumble there would have been a goal.

Looked a good game, loads of chances for both teams.

Killip looking more comfortable with every game. Their goal was as good as you'll see at this level.

Also Torquay vs Pools is proper footy for me. Give me Torquay over Salford or Forest Green Vegans any day.

That was a very good win against what looked like a decent side. There's an obvious improvement in confidence and Killip is holding on to everything. I'd like to see more chances converted but getting the result and three points is the main thing.
Moving in the right direction.

Glad Higgy kept faith in Killip. Wonder what we'll do with Hemming? Must be in case of Killip injury I suppose.
