If you take over a struggling football club that has been run down to the point of oblivion by a bunch of crooks you inherit a vast array of problems. Every dubious contract and agreement signed has to be honoured unless a way can be found out of them. You have to re-establish good management practices where there were none.

All of which means you have to prioritise and maybe take a bit of time to get things right. Better catering would be good and done right it might generate some extra funds to benefit the football side of things. There is no way it should have been top priority though. In fact, even in good times there are other areas of club that deserve the lion's share of time and any available money.

It's fair enough to make positive suggestions but endlessly banging on, and then claiming that people don't give a shit when you don't know the full picture, is ridiculous.
