Game on BT

How come Game is 19.30 when most Saturday games shown on BT are at 17.20

Well...

That's why, just in case anyone else was wondering!

And while I am at it, when was the last time we played on a Saturday at 19.30, I can't remember when, if ever.

It’s not ideal is it really. I prefer to have my weekend ruined by 5pm on Saturday to be honest.

its not ideal either as there is no excuse for avoiding the dreaded having to go to the shops with the wife. even old gits like me go out saturday night as well. never mind pools will get another 7 grand for it.

I can't get to the match at that time. Perhaps BT could grant free viewing of the match to ST holders who can't be there due to the move. Pools get compensated for loss of ticket sales. Does any of it come back to season ticket holders? Rhetorical question.. but maybe a free pint / programme sometime might be a gesture. Seriously though.. who aside from Pools and Woking fans will be watching a match that starts 3 hours after the other NL matches? They have moved NL to the late slot due to the Prem kickoff times.. which our game does not clash with. It is possible to get from Woking to Pools on Saturday morning, watch the match and then get back South again or spend the rest of the weekend enjoying decent beer. Cheers (I'm already enjoying my imaginary pint). ..

I think we should look at it as being the culmination of all the sporting events of that day.

Worked out ok for me, I'd already bought tickets for the England game before fixtures were released, should be able to find somewhere that's showing the pools game when I get out of wembley.

more like having to trail down to woking to find it being shown in a pub. how many would watch say chorley v boreham wood on a saturday night or find anywhere showing it.
