The work this company is wishing to do seems similar to the work of the Voluntery Agency in Victoria Road did before it was closed by the council withdrawing funding. Guess who was in charge of the council then?

Hartlepool Council meeting tonight to decide on the leaders of the council and committee chairs.It will be interesting to see what this throws up tonight. Will it new dawn or some unholy alliance of the old guard and new "Independent" guys?.
